OPERATION UPDATES

Image Resources has been a successful critical minerals producer for the past five years and is focused on transitioning from operating a single mine, with a single product and a single market jurisdiction (Chapter 1), to its Chapter 2 ambitions of operating multiple mines, producing multiple products and marketing globally. The Company is currently awaiting final permitting to commence mining at its 100%-owned, high-grade Atlas project and is actively conducting studies on three other projects with multi-decade potential operating life, and all within trucking distance of a proposed centralised mineral separation plant (MSP) to be located at its current Boonanarring mine site. A feasibility study for an MSP is well advanced and a study has also commenced on a synthetic rutile (SR) production facility targeting the value-adding upgrading of ilmenite to SR in a modern, lower carbon dioxide emissions process using green hydrogen
