With the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry underway, and new legislation requiring companies to have detailed whistleblowing policies already introduced to federal parliament, organisations more than ever need a clear understanding of the best approaches to take to manage those who speak up or speak out.
This inaugural Whistleblowing Conference in Sydney will reveal results from Australia’s world-leading ‘Whistling While They Work 2’ research project, led by Griffith University highlighting the most important things your whistleblowing policies should be focused on.
