Driving industry collaboration for greater revenue and growth

Now in its the 4th year, the acclaimed Aviation Business Asia Pacific Magazine’s Airport Development Summit will continue to provide the ideal platform for industry and government to exchange ideas and perspectives, debate new initiatives and network to enhance the development of the airports in this country.

The events of the past eighteen months have highlighted the need for the airport industry to reflect on its function and role from a broader range of perspectives. Emerging from a traditional culture of utility provider to commercial entity has firmly placed economic performance of airports centre stage, whether remaining publicly owned or privatised. 2009 tested this objective and moving into 2010, airport owners and operators are looking for innovative ways to work with the broader community.

Highly-acclaimed aviation journalist Doug Nancarrow will be again be the conference Chairman and leading the debate on the day. On hearing the announced conference dates for 2010 Doug commented 'This will be the fourth year that we have focused on the key issues for both city, and regional second and third tier airports in Australia, at the Airport Development event.
