The 3rd NSW Coal & Energy Conference

With the new Government recently sworn in, the planning assessment of over 17 coal project proposals is in limbo. The new Government has in fact decided to scrap Part 3A of the planning laws with the view of possibly banning mining in agriculture areas.
New exploration and development juniors are securing tenements and exploration permits to try to enter the thriving market and recent weeks has seen major international players from Asian energy groups, take important stakes in Australian coal exporters.
The NSW Coal & Energy Conference will examine in depth the very latest project developments in NSW different coal basins and associated emerging energy industries. This event brings together the success of the AJM’s past Gunnedah, Hunter Valley and Southern Coalfields Conferences.
