Informa organise six major exhibitions within Australia. These include trade shows and a consumer event. Our exhibitions have evolved from just exhibition booths to experiential events that include conferences, interactive seminars, trend tours, networking events, site visits and much more. Sectors that we hold exhibitions in include rail, safety, resources, design, civil construction and endurance sport.

Our portfolio of exhibitions in Australia includes:
AusRAIL is the largest gathering of rail executives in Australasia and run in conjunction with the Australasian Railway Association (ARA), Institution of Railway Engineers (IRSE), Railway Technical Society of Australasia (RTSA) and the Rail Track Association of Australia (RTAA). The larger “PLUS” event is biennial and alternates with a smaller event. AusRAIL moves to a different capital city each year. AusRAIL PLUS attracts 7,000 attendees from across the rail industry. Events include the exhibition, streamed conference, gala dinners, site tours and networking drinks.
The Safety in Action series of exhibitions has taken place in Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin, Perth and Brisbane in recent years.
Featuring the latest safety products and services and an amazing line-up of speakers in our free to attend safety seminars, this is the only workplace safety event in Australia and a must attend event for safety professionals. The event is held alongside the Safety Institute of Australia's conference.
The annual Northern Territory Resources Week brings together three conferences, an exhibition comprising of 220+ stands and many social events to Darwin’s Exhibition Centre. Run in partnership with the Northern Territory Government, the event attracts over 1,500 attendees. The three conferences are SEAAOC (South East Asia Australia Offshore & Onshore Conference); Mining the Territory; & Building the Territory.
These three co-located events showcase the latest in interiors, soft furnishings, lighting, homewares, flooring and furniture. Held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre each year, the event attracts interior designers and retailers looking to source the latest products from our exhibitors. In addition, the VIVID design competition, Trend Tours, international seminar series, Design Bazaar and Wall St features offer attendees and exhibitors alike a unique experience.
The Civil Contractors Federation is the peak body representing Australia’s civil construction industry. This event features a plethora of social activities, a growing exhibition and the CCF national conference. Contractors are involved in roads & bridges, subdivision, earthmoving, dams, pipelines amongst other vital infrastructure.

Consumer exhibition, the ATEC Expo is the ultimate destination for professional and recreational triathletes, endurance athletes and multisport enthusiasts to test and try the latest performance boosting products and equipment. The event features seven dedicated zones featuring the latest equipment, gear, technology and nutrition products, including: Bike, Swim, Run, Junior, Technology & Performance, Nutrition and Obstacle & Endurance.
