Camera and Microphone Settings
To get the full experience of connecting with others, we recommend using a device with a camera and microphone.
My camera isn’t working?
If you have your camera open in another platform, then it won’t open in Remo. For example, if you have your camera open in a 1:1 Meeting in Swapcard / Zoom / Microsoft Teams, please close that window and then try turning your camera on in Remo again.
My camera and microphone aren’t working
o Try refreshing your screen.
o Try logging out and logging back in.
o Make sure that you have enabled Remo access to your camera and microphone (in the toolbar at the bottom of the page).
o Click on the little lock that appears in your browser bar, next to the website’s URL. It will show you whether you have allowed the camera and microphone on this site.

o Click on the burger icon (the 3 horizontal lines that appear near the top left of the room when in the Virtual Networking Hall), check that their mic and camera are on and that the system has selected the right camera and mic.

Device Compatibility
Remo works on desktops, laptops, and mobile phones. (Tablets are not supported at this time).
Operating System Compatibility
Make sure your operating system is updated to the latest version.
• On desktops and laptops, Remo is compatible with macOS and Windows 10.
• On smartphones, Remo is compatible with iOS and Android.
Browser Compatibility
Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
On Mac desktops and laptops, Remo is compatible with the following browsers:
• Chrome
• Safari
• Firefox
On Windows 10 desktops and laptops, Remo is compatible with the following browsers:
• Chrome
• Firefox
Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
• On iPhone, Remo is compatible with the Safari browser
• On Android phones, Remo is compatible with the Chrome browser
