The Hon Tom Koutsantonis MP is the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy and Minister for Housing and Urban Development.
Elected to the Seat of West Torrens in the South Australian State Parliament in October 1997, Minister Koutsantonis was the presiding member of the Economic and Finance Committee from 2006 – 2009 and appointed to the Ministry in March 2009.
He took on the Transport and Infrastructure portfolio in January of this year.
Minister Koutsantonis is a passionate supporter of the South Australian Business community and a strong advocate for the States diverse Resources sectors.
He is happily married to Anthea and a proud father to daughter, Tia.
Minister Koutsantonis will be delivering the Keynote Address at the South Australia Transport Infrastructure Summit, to be held on 18-19 September at The Hilton Adelaide. In his address, the Minister will outline transport project priorities for the South Australian Government.
