Andrew is one of Australia’s leading infrastructure and corporate lawyers. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, privatisation, infrastructure development and corporate law.
Andrew’s many milestone transactions include privatisations and acquisitions of ports, airports, power stations and gas distribution networks and the development of economic infrastructure and utilities.
Andrew co-led the legal work for New South Wales Treasury on the recent privatisation of Port Botany and Port Kembla. His experience in this process will form part of his presentation at the Asset Privatisation Briefing Day on the 5th December in Sydney. He will talk about lessons in optimising price and risk outcomes in a competitive sale process
Andrew currently heads Minter Ellison‘s Infrastructure Industry Group internationally.
He is featured in Best Lawyers International: Australia in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Corporate/Governance.
