Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required for all in-person attendees.
To ensure the maximum safety of our audiences, Informa requires all in-person participants (speakers, delegates, partners, sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers) to have received two (2) doses of a Covid-19 vaccine to gain access to the physical event. For those unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, we encourage you to participate in the event virtually.
This is an important measure to keep our community members safe who have not yet been able to get vaccinated or who are unable to get vaccinated. We hope it will also help infuse confidence and alleviate concerns that some may still have about attending an event in person.

YOUR TABLE TOP DISPLAY
The following is provided by the venue for all table top displays:
- 1 x trestle table
- 2 x chairs
- 1 x power supply
All adapters and extension cables must be provided by the exhibitor. Informa/ Hilton Sydney will not be able to provide these on site.
All exhibitors must ensure their testing and tagging of electrical equipment is up to date prior to arriving for bump in.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Please be advised that you are responsible for ensuring that any equipment or materials brought by yourselves are covered by your own insurance. You should have Public Liability Insurance** to cover your attendance at the event. Please send this through to us by Friday 19 November 2021.
**It is an Informa Group policy that all exhibitors provide their own Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of AUD $10 million, valid for the event duration. If an exhibitor is unable to provide their own, they can purchase temporary cover under Informa Australia for the duration of the event, at a cost of AUD $200 + GST.
EXHIBITION SET UP & BREAKDOWN TIMES
Exhibition Bump In
From* 7:30am – 8:30am and/or 11:00am – 12:00pm on Wednesday 8 December 2021
Exhibition Bump Out
After Lunch (from approx. 1:00pm*) on Friday 10th December 2021
*Please note that these times may change, you will be informed closer to the event if this is the case.
All exhibitors will need to be completely packed up and out of the exhibitions space by 2pm on Friday 10th December 2021
VENUE & DELIVERIES
It is your responsibility to book your courier for both delivery AND collection.
The Sydney Hilton will only accept deliveries two (2) days prior to the event date, so no earlier than Monday 6th December.

Event items must be delivered to the loading dock and within the pre-arranged times outlined in the document in the above link. Please ensure that all deliveries coming into the hotel are clearly labelled (click here for venue delivery label). If you are sending deliveries via courier, please ensure that you put your own details as the consignee.

Remember – it is your responsibility to arrange for items to be picked up at the end of the event.
After event completion, please ensure that NO items are left behind. Approval is required to leave items behind and MUST be collected no later than one (1) working day after the event from the loading dock.
Please ensure that you advise one of the Hilton Staff if you are having items collected so that they can ensure they are available at the loading dock for collection by your courier. You must book the courier and ensure that your items are clearly labelled with your company name, the return address, along with the courier consignment note. Click on the return label to assist with labelling of your items for collection,
Any items not arranged for collection or packed up after the event will be disposed of. Kindly note that the hotel does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any materials accepted/stored by the hotel.

You may experience other contractors pitching you for your business and advising you they are the preferred contractor, however, unless the company is included in the service providers list, then they are providing false information.
