About the Course
This intensive, introductory course provides a balanced overview of subsea systems based on more than 20 years of first hand project experience in shallow and deep water fields around the world, from concept evaluation to first production.
It is designed for project managers and project engineers, with or without experience of the subsea sector and is particularly suitable for cost, planning, offshore installation and offshore operation engineers.
The objective of the course is to examine the engineering behind the design and operation of subsea production systems including subsea Xmas tree & subsea production controls hardware, manifolds, umbilicals and an overview of key flowline and pipeline design issues.
All sessions (up-dated on a regular basis) are presented with text, figures and DVDs with videos and detailed animations, used to illustrate many key points of subsea technologies
