Running concurrently with the 1st day of the National Dementia Conference at the Crown Promenade in Melbourne, this forum will provide an opportunity for discussion, sharing of best practice and networking between stakeholders.

Some of the themes to be explored will be around improving processes and systems to ensure medication management, using quality indicators, maximising the role of medication advisory committees, medication reviews, new guidelines and addressing challenges in transitions of care.
