CO-LOCATED WITH THE 8TH AUSTRALIAN HYDROGEN CONFERENCE - ONE TICKET GIVES YOU ACCESS TO TWO PREMIER EVENTS

overview

Join us in June for the South Australia Energy Developments Conference, where we showcase the state’s pioneering efforts in the global energy transition. South Australia is at the forefront, aiming for 100% net renewables by 2030. According to the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), renewable energy could make up around 85% of the state’s energy mix by 2025/2026. With over A$6 billion already invested in large-scale renewable energy and storage projects, and a further A$20 billion in the investment pipeline, South Australia is committed to various initiatives including large-scale renewable energy generation and storage, distributed energy resources, hydrogen production, energy efficiency, zero-emission vehicles, supply chain optimization, and low-carbon technology adoption to achieve its ambitious targets.

Co-located with the Australian Hydrogen Conference (East), this premier event will bring together the state’s dynamic energy industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore leading-edge case studies on the latest developments in solar, wind, battery storage, renewable energy zones (REZ), and transmission. Beyond knowledge sharing, this conference offers a unique platform for networking and fostering connections within the industry.

Topics will include:

  • South Australian energy market
  • Government policy and updates
  • Case studies of clean energy projects including wind farms, large scale-solar, battery storage, community batteries
  • Transmission infrastructure developments
  • Investments for the roll-out of energy projects
  • Decarbonising operations
  • Engaging with First Nations and community
  • Clean energy supply chain
  • The latest advances in clean energy technology
  • Community engagement in the construction of energy projects
  • Skilled workforce shortages and the renewable energy transition
