COVID-19 Informa Connect Update + Policy

In light of the current evolving situation around COVID-19 and State border closures, we still plan to host our events at a physical location, but are monitoring the situation daily in case rules change. As such we have provided the following information to ensure you can be confident when booking with us for an event.


Informa Australia AllSecure Key Commitments

Informa Australia’s events will be organised in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organiser, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest level of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.

Book With Total Confidence – Informa Connect’s COVID-19 Policy:

The COVID-19 situation is changing daily, and we want you to feel confident about booking onto our events.

  • We can provide a credit of your registration fee towards a future Informa conference or a refund will be available up to 5 working days before the event, if you:
    • are unable to travel due to restrictions,
    • received a positive COVID-19 test result, or
    • are deemed a close contact from someone that tested positive to COVID-19.
  • Alternatively, if the event is being delivered virtually, you may move your registration to a virtual pass and invite a colleague to join the virtual event experience.
  • If Informa Connect reschedules the event, we will roll over your booking to the new dates.

Informa Connect Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update


There is nothing more important than the wellbeing of the people in our community, our customers and our colleagues, so we will be offering new virtual event formats to be enjoyed from the comfort and security of your home or office, and for those unable to travel. We will run physical events when safe to do so.

When it comes to our physical events, as ever, we will be following all of the guidance, precautions and measures recommended by authorities to make the experience safe, productive and welcoming for everyone. Informa AllSecure is the approach we are taking to enhancing the health and safety standards in place at Informa events as a result of COVID-19. The standards and practices that make up Informa AllSecure are designed to provide confidence that at every Informa event, we are striving to provide the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness and quality.”
