What is Streamly?
Streamly is our video content library of hundreds of hours of industry-led recordings by industry professionals under three hubs, Energy, Healthcare and Transport. It’s your Netflix of B2B video content from industry experts. Search, filter, save and skip sessions from previous conferences or rewatch the sessions from the event you attended. Streamly is an effective way to keep abreast of industry news, trends and insights by industry professionals – accessible 24/7 on any device. Access expert presentations at your fingertips.
What is the value of Streamly based on its price?
The value is in the hundreds of hours or industry-led video content. You are not only getting access to the sliced sessions from the event you attended, but you get access to hundreds of hours of presentations across your industry as well as recordings from previous year’s events. The video content is exclusive to Informa Connect conferences, which means no other platform is allowed / or can provide the same content as offered in Streamly. In addition, you will have access for 12-months which means there will be more industry-specific events added to the hub that you can watch throughout the year.
How long is my Streamly Access Pass valid?
Your access pass will be valid for 12-months from the time you receive your Streamly login email.
What is included in my Streamly Access Pass?
The pass will give you access to every recorded session from past events held by Informa Connect Australia, under the industry hub you have purchased your Streamly Access Pass. Example, if you have booked a pass with a healthcare event, you will get access to hundreds of hours of edited video content from hundreds of industry professionals, recorded from recently held healthcare events and events over the last few years. The pass also includes On Demand access to the event you are attending to rewatch when you want.
Will my Streamly Access Pass give me access for next year’s event?
No. Access will be revoked before the said event is to be run again (unless of course you purchase a new 12-month access pass). But you will get access to many other events that have run earlier in the year that you may have missed.
When do I get access to Streamly?
You will receive your Streamly login details approx 4-5 days after the event that you are attending has finished. This will be emailed to you with subject line, “Great news! Your Streamly Access Pass is available”. From this date you will have access for 12-months.
Does my Streamly Access Pass include the recording to the event I’m attending?
Yes. If you have purchased a delegate pass (both onsite or virtual) you will also get access to the event recording. You can access the event’s recording within 1-3 days on our ConnectMe platform, which you will be given access before the event commences. It will also be added to the Streamly hub at a later date.
What’s the difference between Streamly and ConnectMe?
These are two completely separate, non-related products and platforms.
• Streamly (On Demand) is a standalone video content portal that is available to paying subscribers. A subscription gives you access to hundreds of recorded speaker sessions within one of the three industry hubs. To access Streamly you need purchase the access pass as an add-on when registering for the Informa Connect event. Access to Streamly is for 12-months. An email with login details is sent approx 5-7 days post event.
• ConnectMe is your event app that includes the conference agenda, live Q&A, fellow delegates, speakers and sponsors/exhibitors attending, and any important event information. ConnectMe will also host the on-demand recording (if applicable) after the event. Access to ConnectMe is 1-3 days pre-event, during and then 1-month post event to access the on demand recording. You will receive an email before the event date with your ConnectMe login details.
Can I purchase a Streamly Access Pass on its own?
No. Streamly Access Passes are only available to (paying) delegates attending our Informa Connect events.
What happens after I purchase my Streamly Access Pass?
Once we receive payment for your event registration with the add on extra Streamly Access Pass, you will receive an invoice from our Customer Service team. Once the event has finished, you will receive your Streamly login details in a separate email with further instructions approx 5 days post event.
