Following the success of last year’s ADM Defence and Industry Research Symposium the event is returning as the ADM South Australian Defence Summit. The summit will have two concurrent streams. One will look at the policy and pathways that will provide opportunity for South Australia’s Defence industry to maximise their AUKUS footprint. The other stream, once again hosted by The University of South Australia, will be devoted to research, collaboration and innovation. Delegates will be free to switch between streams at will.

The challenges placed upon Australias Defence sector are considerable and complex. South Australia stands proud as the Defence State and the nation’s maritime capital. But how prepared is it to meet the opportunities that AUKUS presents?

South Australia also has established a reputation for world-class research in Defence and Security. The University of South Australia will once again curate a program that highlights innovation and collaborative success in defence research from across the country.
