How to access the ConnectMe app

  1. Download the app
  2. Enter the App Code: CONNECT@EVENT
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Confirm your First & Last Name, and Country
  5. Receive a 6-digit pin One Time Pin (OTP) to your inbox
  6. Return to the app to input the pin
  7. You will be logged in to ConnectMe

Look through attendees & connect!

Use the Attendees listing function to see who's in attendance at the event. Engage in networking via the Chat function and schedule Meetings.

Access ConnectMe today

Access the ConnectMe platform to join:

  1. Download the app
  2. Enter the App Code: CONNECT@EVENT
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Confirm your First & Last Name, and Country
  5. Receive a 6-digit pin One Time Pin (OTP) to your inbox [1]
  6. Return to the app to input the pin
  7. You can then setup your profile, connect with attendees, set meetings & more! [2]


The ConnectMe networking app will be available online for 30-days post event.

[1] Your 6-digit OTP will be emailed from Informa (noreply@informa.com) immediately. If not received within 5 minutes, it may be blocked by your VPN network. Please visit the Registration Desk or use the app live chat for assistance.

[2] For privacy reasons, your availability is set to unavailable. Update your availability to network or message attendees. To activate your availability in the app, select the top left menu (three horizontal bars) > Profile > Availability checkbox. Confirm your preferred time(s) and day(s).
