Jetstar Airways: The Airport Customer Experience Moving to target 100% Self Service

At last year’s Aviation Business Airport Operations conference, Steve Tame, CIO and Head of IT at Jetstar delivered an intriguing presentation about the companies move to 100% self-service for passengers.

The technology chosen by Jetstar doesn’t require a smartphone to check-in, but is fully functional on any mobile phone and works simply by SMS.
