The Industrial Manslaughter Conference will return for its 3rd installment on 29-30 September 2021 in a face-to-face format, running within the Safety in Action exhibition, seminars and two other conferences, Safety Tech and Safety in Action.
As states and territories explore, implement and review their legislative WHS frameworks, this one-day forum will provide a comprehensive analysis on current Industrial Manslaughter rules, how they differ in each state, and how they are being applied. The conference will provide in-depth examinations of recent IM cases and look at how organisations can best prevent negligent findings should a future case arise.
