The 2nd annual Chronic Disease Management Conference will return on 22-23rd November 2022. Co-located with the National Health Innovation Precinct Summit, Royal Randwick.
There is a need for significant and long-lasting change in the way chronic disease is recognised, treated, and managed in Australia. Around 47% of Australians now live with chronic health conditions and 37% of all hospital admissions are related to chronic health conditions.
This event is a critical platform for national discussion, thought leadership, a showcase of best practice and networking to help drive real change across Australia. Bringing together high-level executives, healthcare providers, policy makers, chronic disease specialists health service leaders and administrators, government representatives from both state and federal governments. As well as innovators in the industry, such as tech and devices to monitor diet, exercise, heart rate etc.
