Victoria's higher education system will be positioned at the forefront of education delivery in Australia as part of the Brumby Governments new Higher Education Plan.
Announcing the plan at the 7th Annual Higher Education Summit in Melbourne, Skills and Workforce Participation Minister Jacinta Allan said it will dramatically expand the Victorian higher education sector in line with the Commonwealth Governments proposed higher education reforms.
