Frankie Carroll, Director-General, Department of Infrastructure,  Local Government & Planning

Frankie Carroll was appointed Director-General of the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning in November 2015. His previous role was as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority, where he was responsible for delivering a disaster reconstruction program worth more than $13 billion.

Graeme Garrett, Deputy Under Treasurer, Queensland Treasury

Graeme was appointed Acting Executive Director of Queensland Treasury's Commercial Group (formerly Projects Queensland) in May 2015. Prior to this appointment, Graeme was Director, Operations and a foundation Director of Projects Queensland since 2012. In these roles, he has been responsible for providing governance and strategic direction for the development and procurement of some of the state's major infrastructure and service delivery projects.

Said is a Director at KPMG's Advisory Practice in Sydney and has over 14 years of experience as an economist and strategist, with a specialist focus on major infrastructure, urban development and the built environment. He previously held several senior positions, including KPMG in the UK, Volterra and at Buro Happold.

Cameron Sinfield, Lead Technical Artist,  Spatial Media

Cameron Sinfield is a lead Technical Artist at Spatial Media. Cameron's experience and specialities are within 3d Modeling, Texturing, Maxscript, Photograph. Spatial Media integrate technology assets and tools providing transparent statistical data to allow clients to best focus on their effort, budget and brand message.

Matt O'Callaghan, Project Lead & Lead Design Engineer, VicHyper

Matthew O'Callaghan is co-founder of VicHyper, Grad Aerospace Engineer, and currently completing a Bachelors of Business Management at RMIT University. VicHyper is an Australian team of graduate and undergraduate engineers competing in the Official SpaceX Hyperloop design competition. Matthew acquired an appreciation for engineering from a young age, where he developed a diverse engineering skillset, allowing a unique approach to problem-solving.

Dr Sally Pitkin, Director, NAIF

Sally Pitkin is a is the President of the Queensland Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), member of the National Board, and a Fellow of the Institute. She is also a member of the ASIC External Advisory Board.

Sally holds non-executive director roles in the listed, public and nonprofit sectors. Present ASX directorships include the Link Group (ASX:LNK), Star Entertainment Limited (ASX:SGR) and Super Retail Group Limited (ASX:SUL). She is also a member of the board of the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility, and Opera Queensland.
