Registrations and Enquiries
To register for places on a conference, please click the Registration link on the webpage of your chosen conference. Upon completion of a valid registration, an invoice and confirmation letter will be emailed to the attendee within 2 business days. Payment may be made by credit card, EFT or cheque and must be made prior to the event or admittance to the conference will not be permitted.

Registration Fees include:
Entrance to the relevant conference package purchased, refreshment breaks, lunch, online access to available presentations (5 working days post event). Please note travel and accommodation is not included.
There are 4 payment methods available which are:
1. Credit Card:
Credit card payments must be made via our secure credit card gateway where payment will be made immediately. Credit card details will not be accepted by email or fax.
You may be invoiced for your purchase and an invoice and confirmation letter will be emailed within 2 business days. Payment must be made prior to the event or admittance to the conference will not be permitted.

4. Cheque Payments:
Make a cheque payable to Informa Australia Pty Ltd and include a copy of your invoice with the cheque.
Cancellation Policy & Substitutions:
Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 10 working days prior to the event. An administration fee of $550 (incl. 10% GST) will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 10 working days prior to the event. Fully paid delegates unable to attend will be provided with online access to download the available speaker presentations from our website 5 working days after the event.
Substitutions can be made at any time before the event without penalty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org making reference to the delegate currently registered and providing the name, job title, email, telephone, company name & address of the delegate that will be attending as the replacement.
Informa reserves the right to cancel, alter the content and/or speakers on any program. Paid registrations will be fully refunded for cancelled events. Informa is not responsible for travel or accommodation if an event is cancelled.
Smart casual wear is suggested along with a jacket or long sleeved garment as the temperature in the conference room may vary.
Papers approved for release will be available for download after the event with delegates being provided online access to the available presentations 5 working days after the event.
If you are unable to attend the conference these speaker papers are available for purchase, please click the Registration link on the left of the webpage of your chosen conference. Online access to the available presentations will be provided 5 working days after the event provided that your payment has been received.
